RUSSELL MILLAR
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Russell started his career in 1980 as an Industrial Surveyor with Michael Laurie & Partners. From there he joined Druce & Company as a partner specialising in all aspects of agency and development. During his time at these two property companies, Russell was responsible for the acquisition and disposal of industrial and warehouse properties including assessing and advising on the sale of sites for major redevelopment.
In 1991 Russell set up his own practice, Millar Menzies Limited, with partner, Stephan Menzies. Millar Menzies focussed on all aspects of industrial agency work, development and investment consultancy services.
In 2003 Russell sold his shares and established Millar Property Consultants, where Russell has continued to build the business on the foundations of development and agency work from his extensive years of experience in the property industry.
When he is not working, Russell likes to spend time with his three daughters, as well as playing golf and keeping fit. Russell is also a keen runner and has taken part in a number of marathons and charity events for Diabetes UK.
LEANNE LEIGH
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Leanne originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC, London. From there, Leanne spent a number of years in commercial finance and strategy roles, including working within the retail sector at both Arcadia Group Plc and Dixons Stores Group Plc.
In 2001, Leanne returned to the world of Practice and launched her Management & Finance Consultancy career, advising companies on their finances, strategy, growth, profitability and business planning.
Leanne joined the MPC team at the beginning of 2016.
LEIGH BRAGOLI
OFFICE MANAGER/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Leigh spent a number of years as a Secretary and Office Manager at Peter Webster & Co, where she was responsible for managing a large team of Surveyors. Leigh handled client accounts such as Mitchells and Butlers, Papa Johns and Going Places.
Leigh joined Millar Property Consultants in 2006. Leigh’s role encompasses executive assistance, office management and the managing of the team at MPC.
Leigh handles and oversees all property management matters including sales and lettings for both tenants and landlords.
In her spare time Leigh has an interest in interior design, cooking and keeping fit, as well as being a “mummy” to her young daughter!
